Dr. Kamlesh B. Gosai — Country Doctor of the Year.
Dr. Kamlesh B. Gosai dedicated his life to medicine and to the communities that trusted him with their health. Over more than three decades of practice, he treated more than 20,000 patients — not as statistics, but as neighbors. He earned recognition as Country Doctor of the Year. He mentored physicians, supported local development, and lived his life according to a principle his family has never forgotten: when a community gives to you, you give back completely.
His career was not defined by awards. It was defined by presence — by showing up for patients when others wouldn't, by choosing service over convenience, by making a community stronger simply through the act of caring.
GIV100 was created to honor that standard and to carry it forward.
Tejas Gosai, inspired by his father's example, founded GIV100 to formalize what his family had always done informally: give back in ways that are direct, personal, and measurable.
The Lehigh Valley had given the Gosai family opportunity. The right response was not gratitude in private, it was action in public. GIV100 was that action.
The name is a commitment, not a tagline. Give 100%. Not 80%. Not what's convenient. One hundred percent of what we raise, what we have, and what we can mobilize goes toward people who need it.
